Terms of Service

My services

I set up and fix automations in HighLevel. That includes live working sessions (like the Build It Together Hour and HighLevel Fix-It Hour), done-for-you builds, and project work. What's included in each service is described on its page, or in your written quote for bigger projects.

Payment

Hourly sessions and fixed-price services are paid when you book or buy. For projects with a quote, at least 50% is due before I start, and the rest as stated in your quote. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Rescheduling and cancelling

You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your call. Calls cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are not refunded.

Refunds

All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable once a session has taken place or work has started. If I'm unable to complete work you've paid for, I'll refund the part I didn't complete.

What I need from you

Access to your HighLevel account (or other tools) for the work you've booked. Your content, such as freebie files, links and email text. I build the automations; I don't write your emails or sales copy. Replies to my questions, so the work isn't held up.

Your accounts and tools

You stay the owner of your HighLevel account and any other tools, and you pay for them yourself. I'm not responsible for changes, outages or pricing decisions made by HighLevel or other software companies.

Scope changes

Anything outside what we agreed is a new conversation. I'll tell you what it involves and what it costs before doing it.

Recordings

Live sessions may be recorded so you can watch them again. Recordings are for your own use.

What's yours and what's mine

Once you've paid, the automations, workflows and documents I build in your account are yours to use and change. My own templates, guides and methods stay mine, and you can't resell them.

No guarantees of results

I test everything I build before handing it over. But I can't guarantee sales, sign-ups, email delivery or inbox placement, since those depend on things outside my control, like your list, your content and email providers.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me for the service involved.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages from Simply Funnel It, you'll get messages about your appointments and services, and marketing messages only if you agreed to those separately. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

Changes to these terms

If I update these terms, I'll post the new version here with a new date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
