Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Simply Funnel It (Samantha Adkins, doing business as Simply Funnel It) collects, uses and protects your information when you visit simplyfunnelit.com, contact me, book a call, sign up for emails or text messages, or work with me.

What I collect

Information you give me: your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to give it), and anything you write in a form or message.

When you book a call: the time you choose and your answers to the booking questions.

When you pay: payments are processed by Stripe. I see your name, email and what you bought, but never your full card number.

When we meet: calls take place on Zoom and may be recorded and transcribed with Otter, so I can deliver the work and share the recording with you.

When you visit the website: basic information such as pages visited and browser type, collected through cookies and similar tools so the site works and I can see how it's used.

How I use it

To reply to you, schedule calls and deliver the services you book.

To send you emails you've signed up for. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

To send you text messages, only if you have agreed to receive them (see Text messages below).

To keep the records I need for taxes and bookkeeping.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give your phone number and check the box agreeing to receive text messages from Simply Funnel It, I'll send you texts about your appointments and the services you've booked, such as booking confirmations and reminders. Marketing or promotional texts are only sent if you have separately agreed to receive them.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or reply HELP for help. You can also email [email protected].

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who I share it with

I do not sell or rent your personal information. I share it only with the service providers I use to run my business, and only so they can provide their service to me: HighLevel (my CRM, website, forms, calendar, email and text messaging), Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email), Zoom (video calls) and Otter (call transcripts).

I may also share information if the law requires it.

All of the above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

When I work inside your HighLevel account

If you give me access to your account for a project, I only use the information in it to do the work you asked for. I don't copy your contacts or customer data for my own use, and I don't share it with anyone.

How long I keep it

I keep your information for as long as I need it to work with you and to meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements. You can ask me to delete it at any time, unless I'm required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I have about you, or stop receiving emails or texts at any time. Email [email protected], use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP to any text.
